Can we make The Dark a trending topic on Twitter? Only time will tell, but everyone who tweets will be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win a signed copy of The Dark. So, don't delay!
Terms and Conditions
- To enter, tweet our URL http://www.thedarkcomicbook.com from your Twitter account.
- No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw is open to all, with the exception of employees of the AAM/Markosia, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
- Tweets must be sent before midnight on 31st January 2010, GMT. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Tweets must contain the complete URL and may not use a shortening service.
- Multiple tweets will count as multiple entries, but only prize will be issued.
- All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 1st February 2010. The first entry drawn will be the winner.
- The prize is a non-promotional copy of The Dark graphic novel, signed by Chris Lynch and Rick Lundeen
- Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be announced by February 26th 2010 via Twitter and on the website http://www.thedarkcomicbook.com. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
- By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
